The Ermitage Viewed form the inside court is almost impossible to photograph because of the very short viewing distance available. The only way to grasp it all withour a "fisheye view"is to take several pictures and stich them together.
But then all sorts of problems arise; sky colour changes, perspective angles are wrong, people move from frame to frame. The photographer Andre Beriault took a go at it, and here is the result. The finished and printed photo is more than 48 inches wide (120cm)
