The modern « inclusive » Web imposes serious and complex business & functional analysis work between the company and its customers; responsive design and full data access & transaction capabilities being the more problematic key issues for the moment. It is thus the role of the analyst-designer to make these functions work and render their reality to the business owners through proper prototyping and modelling tools. Soft skills are critical; a UX designer must work with others to bring his user empathy to solving the difficult, technical solutions for a product.
